Solimar Marketing and Travel is a tourism development and marketing firm, as well as a unique type of travel agency, located on 18th St in Adams Morgan, Washington DC. In the time I was fortunate enough to work full time for Solimar I traveled to Costa Rica and Jamaica several times, and had a quick visit to Nicaragua, taking photos for numerous projects and clients. Solimar Travel emphasizes environmentally sound, fully customized "off the beaten path" travel for those who want to experience what a country truly is and has to offer, other than buffet lines and cruise ship ports.

This web site is a project done by Solimar Marketing for Port Antonio, Jamaica as a way to group the attractions and accommodations of the entire area onto one destination web site. I traveled to Port Antonio several times over the course of the project, taking nearly all the photos for the site.
